When you sign up for Bow Communications unlimited flat rate or toll free conference call plans, we are there to walk you through it. You're assigned a conference bridge phone number and two pin codes. One pin code is for the moderators of the call and the other is for all participants. Each participant dials your assigned conference bridge number at an agreed on date and time. When prompted, they simply enter their pin number followed by the # sign and all participants are connected to the conference call. The moderators have a different pin code that enables them to control the call with features such as muting, recording, volume etc. If there are ever any technical questions that arise, we are only a phone call or email away.
